BROAD FUNCTION
The Executive will play a critical role to support a) The Formulation of WoodlandsHealth People Development policies, systems, frameworks and processes; b) Go-Live related projects; c) Learning and engagement programmes leading to WoodlandsHealth campus opening.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific
- Support the formulation, implementation and review of People Development policies, systems, frameworks and processes.
- Engage internal & external stakeholders for the execution of HMDP, ISS and other healthcare related sponsorships.
- Manage, track and report sponsorship budget and grants usage.
- Facilitate MOH / internal audit to ensure standards and requirements were adhered.
- Administer bonds/MSP on WH awardees.
- Provide coordination, logistics and administrative support for implementation of learning plans, initiatives and programmes, including consolidation of training nominations.
- Update of training databases and records.
- Compile and prepare learning statistics, evaluation results etc. for management reporting.
General
- Any other administrative tasks as assigned by RO and ad-hoc projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience and have experience in administrative and secretariat duties
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organised and pro-active
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team
