The candidate is part of the HR Shared Services Team to deliver quality and timely HR services. He/She will ensure excellent service delivery while performing claim administration. He/She might also be involved in various projects within HR.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform Claim & Leave Administration
- Handle related enquires from staff
- Ensure that claims & leave are processed promptly with accuracy
- Work with relevant parties in resolving claim/leave related issues
- Work on HR related or process improvement project
- Assist with ad-hoc administration of HR operations
Job Requirements
Education/Experience
- ITE/Diploma Holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Prior experience on claims & leave processing will be an added advantage
- Fresh ITE/Diploma graduates are welcome to apply
Personal Attributes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Meticulous and has good organization skill
