Major Duties & Responsibilities
Work Injury Compensation Claims (TTSH)
- Handles the full cycle of Work Injury Claims based on WICA regulation and extended benefits provided by NHG
- Liaise with staff and their reporting officers, Occupational Health Doctors (OHD), Insurance and MOM (if required)
- Administer WICA related medical bills, leave and salary information.
- Compile quarterly Environment Health Safety data for Office of Clinical Governance’s monitoring
Other Employee Benefits Administration (TTSH)
- Perform claim administration
- Handle enquires from staff on claims/medical billing matters
- Work with relevant parties on claims/medical billing matters (including system usage)
HR Projects
Provide project support and/or management of HR Projects.
Job Requirements
- Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in handling full cycle of Work Injury Claims based on WICA regulation
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good analytical skills, process oriented, attention to details
- Possess excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
