Job Description:
- Responsible for planning and implementing the execution of preventive and corrective programs within schedule in compliance to regulatory standards and requirements.
- Perform troubleshooting/ faut diagnosis/ failure analysis to determine cause of failure for equipment.
- Attend to machines installation, modification, safety items, etc.
- Develop and perform Risk Assessments to evaluate mitigation measures for all maintenance activities.
- Identify and carry out improvement items for machines.
- Liaise with machine agents for repair or maintenance of machines.
- Attend to all facility works and M&E installations, as well as to coordinate with contractors on repair works.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechatronics / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related fields.
- Prefer 2-3 year(s) of experience in maintenance/repair of machine in a manufacturing environment.
- Some experience in facility works and M&E installation will be preferred.
- Good trouble shooting, presentation and analytical skills.
- Self-disciplined, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Able to communicate with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
