Senior Design Construction Manager *Hybrid*

The Senior Design and Construction Manager is responsible for the deliver of capital projects in support of key regional and system wide initiatives. This role is responsible for leading a project team and ensures that key deliverables and deadlines are met. The Senior manager role is distinguished from the Senior construction manager role in the level of complexity and risk of the projects, and may not have supervisory responsibility of direct caregivers, but may be responsible for leading a complex team of third party vendors. This role works hybrid and will drive to job sites in the SoCal area.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance.

+ 7 years Construction Management.

+ 4 years Healthcare-specific Construction Management.

+ 3 years Supervisory experience of both direct reports and/or vendor management to include third party.

+ Proven experience with land use practices and procedures across a diverse geographic portfolio.

+ Extensive experience with ability to analyze and negotiate financial terms for architectural and construction proposals.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management; Project Management; Business Administration. Or
