Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with extensive background in ground-up commercial construction projects valued above $20M, and with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects within budget and schedule.

Requirements:

• Experience completing commercial construction projects valued at $20M+ required.
• 15+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Proven experience completing projects on schedule and budget.
• Strong computer skills and proficient in construction software.
• Understanding of LEAN construction practices and LEED Green Building requirements is highly encouraged.
• OSHA-30 Certification

No out of state travel necessary. Consist projects in Raleigh and surrounding areas.
