Architect Cincinnati, OH – Industrial

Description:

Architect for their Industrial team. This position would be a direct hire opportunity with the Architecture firm and you will be supporting their Industrial team which focuses on manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead multi-discipline project teams through the strategic planning, design, and construction administration phases of multiple complex projects to meet the business needs of our clients.

Lead preparation and execution of project kick-off, design review, and design workshop meetings with multi-discipline projects teams, clients, equipment suppliers, and contracting partners.

Lead execution and preparation of regulatory code studies, planning and zoning studies, design specifications, and design documents.

Ensure all design documents are executed in accordance with client, regulatory, and industry standards.

Ensure all design documentation is executed in accordance with quality control and quality assurance processes at each project phase.

In collaboration with Client Leaders, assist in development of proposals, budgets, and execution schedules.

In collaboration with the Director of Operations, assist in project resource planning.

Successfully deliver projects within budget and on schedule.

Skills & Qualifications:

+10 years of experience as an architect supporting industrial projects

Hold an active license as a Registered Architect in the state of Ohio

Highly proficient within Revit

Must be able to run through all phases of architectural design

Must have prior experience mentoring and leading less tenured architectural professionals

Must have prior experience with managing large projects and having heavy client facing interactions
