Position Summary
**This is a hybrid position which will require 3 days in the office (Tues, Wed, Thurs). Candidates may commute to one of our Corporate Hubs in the following location:

The Senior Analyst, Digital Engagement is responsible for supporting transformational programs that connect consumers across CVS Pharmacy, Signify, and Oak Street Health. In this role you will help to define a retail program to attract, inspire, engage, and convert new and existing customers within the CVS.com experience. This role requires a high level of attention to detail to help bring tactics to life.
An ideal candidate is excited about supporting the execution of complex, cross-functional programs in a results-driven environment. You have a data-driven mindset, lead with a consumer-centric approach, are a master problem solver and entrepreneurial in nature. You must also be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with ambiguity. The Program Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of Digital Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting analytics for testing and personalization activations and landing page performance
- Leads execution of all project deliverables including, but not limited to, brief development for landing page designs, budget management, and collaboration with Marketing Operations and Legal review of materials
- Gathers input from the appropriate cross-functional partners and consolidates for Sr. Manager/Director
- Define key KPIs to measure program success
- Seek new opportunities to innovate the retail space and rethink user journeys to create best-in-class customer experiences
- Continuously assess tactic results, and optimize to improve performance
- Develop decks and presentations for senior leaders
Key Skills
- Talent for working under pressure in a fast-paced, white space environment, with ability to balance business needs and requests
- Ability to take on tasks outside of immediate scope to help team mission if necessary
- Familiar with retail landscape
- Act as an independent self-starter and provide thought leadership with immediate team, partners, and organization leaders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing or advertising experience with a focus on retail and digital marketing channels
- 1+ years of retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience
- 1+ year of experience with Adobe Analytics and/or A4T
- 1+ year of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Offers ideas to teams, successful at changing process or offering suggestions for team to consider
- Experience with Tableau, or equivalent BI programs preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 – $107,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
