We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Lead to join our dynamic team in San Francisco supporting our Americas business. In this role, you will be a critical partner to sales leadership, leveraging data and strategic thinking to uncover growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and improve overall sales performance in the digital advertising space.

Description

Strategic Partnership: Translate divisional goals into quarterly priorities and the supporting sales execution strategies. Collaborate with regional leaders to enhance sales effectiveness through data-driven insights. Business Insights: Leverage a strong understanding of the market, client base and competitive set to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to deliver actionable insights to sales leadership. Operational Excellence: Provide essential support to the broader sales enablement org & sales teams including book of business qualification/building, product/reporting training, and CRM hygiene.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or digital advertising industry
• Solid understanding of the digital ad ecosystem
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for analyzing reports and data to
• uncover insights to create high impact growth strategies
• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and business challenges and
• utilizing analytics and reporting to create strategic options for stakeholders at all
• levels
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills
• Self-starter attitude with high integrity, accountability, and collaboration
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
