About the Role & Program
The Revenue Management and Analytics (RM&A) team is part of the Commercial Strategy team that supports clients across Disney Experiences including Ticketing, Resorts, Merchandise, Food & Beverage, and Special Events in the core proficiencies of yield management, revenue planning, forecasting, pricing, promotions, strategy development, and optimization. Candidates should have a natural curiosity to understand the “why” behind business performance, take a proactive role in problem-solving, be results oriented, be able to prioritize and be a standout colleague and doer in a collaborative environment!
The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025.
What You Will Do
In this role, our intern will have the opportunity to learn about the RM&A organization responsible for the forecasting and planning of our commercial strategy, pricing and forecasting for multiple lines of business at the Disneyland Resort. Our intern will have the chance to engage in analytical work to help in answering key business questions and identifying process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Experience collecting & analyzing data and reporting on the results
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with one or more analytical tools (e.g., R, python, SAS, etc.)
- Experience with statistical modeling and/or forecasting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously across multiple disciplines
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience or relevant coursework that required preparation of PowerPoint decks to make compelling business recommendations, overview analysis findings, and/or share general information in a compelling way
- Experience using Microsoft Excel (including VBA), SQL, and Tableau or other data visualization software
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and related concepts (e.g., regression, ANOVA, ML, etc.)
- Knowledge of Disney theme parks and hotels
Education
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- A student studying in their junior or senior year, or a recent graduate within 6 months of graduation date is eligible to apply.
- A major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related major is preferred.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
- Possess unrestricted work authorization.
Additional Information
- The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025.
- Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
- Able to provide own housing in the Anaheim, CA area.
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.

The pay rate for this role in Anaheim is $30.00 per hour.
