Job Description:
- Responsible for two or more repair processes and product type
- Perform troubleshooting, assist in investigation and resolving production issues
- Identify and implement continuous process improvement and cost control initiatives
- Trending for process parameters
- Manage capability setup for new equipment and processes
- Carry out tolling review and control and submission of capability declaration
- Handle proper documentation for publication review, worksheet amendments and in-house specifications amendments
- Provide technical support to Operation, ensuring productivity efficiency
- Review, investigate and provide solutions to issues raised by Operation
- Carry out training on repair processes and any other related practices
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent, preferably with experiences in propulsion engines and components MRO facility
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Prior experience in repair processes will be an added advantage
- Familiar with NDT requirements and FAA 45 /EASA 145 regulations
