Remote Architectural Project Manager

Actalent is currently hiring for a Remote Architectural Client Leader to lead and grow the Industrial division for a Cincinnati based Architecture firm in the Nashville metropolitan area. This will be an indefinite consultant position with Actalent in partnership with the Cincinnati based Architecture firm. As the Client Leader for the Nashville market, you will be tasked with the following: – Be the face of Actalent and the Architecture firm for the Nashville market and provide exceptional service to the existing Industrial clients by pushing projects along to hit deadlines, visit client sites, and tend to any needs that may arise from the client – Conduct business development activities to attract new clients to the architecture firm – Manage the work flow and provide design oversight for industrial projects. Production of construction documents is not required, but managing a team for production will be a job responsibility – Perform construction administration when needed Once the Nashville market has acquired new clients and projects have been established, there will be an opportunity for you to start building a team of drafters and designers to tackle the work that will be in the Nashville, TN area. The work will be managed out of Cincinnati but will be directed by you and you will have the ability to curate a team of designers and drafters to support the work that you will bring to the firm. This will be an indefinite consultant position with Actalent and you will be able to work from home since there is not a brick & mortar office for the architecture firm in Nashville, TN. Roughly 50% of the time you will be working from home & the other 50% will require you to be meeting with clients. You will be a W-2 employee of Actalent where you will be paid hourly, receive accrued vacation & holiday, 401k, and insurance (medical, dental, vision).

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture +10 years of experience within Industrial or Distribution architecture space, Industrial or Distribution developer space, or Industrial or Distribution general contractor space Must live in the Nashville metropolitan area An Architecture license is a plus but is not required Experience and exposure with Revit Proven track record of developing business relationships within the Industrial market Experience with performing business development activities to gain market share for the industrial market
