Overview
LMI is seeking a skilled Quality Management Consultant to support the US Border Patrol Program Management Office Directorate (PMOD) program. The Quality Management Consultant will develop practical metrics and performance measures that identify pain points impeding adherence to quality standards for services and products, and opportunities to improve; and then track performance against them for timely assessment of operations and issues to inform management decision-making. With the mindset of continuous performance improvement, the Quality Management Consultant will support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the expanded use of dashboards to depict quality data. A successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, experience designing and implementing quality assurance processes, and an ability to rapidly review products to ensure quality.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Promote continuous performance improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables
- Perform quality reviews and performance management audits
- Work with the Quality Lead to establish milestones and checkpoints to review batches of policies and other products to ensure LMI is meeting target metrics and project timeline
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and timely work
- Define and execute continuous process improvement efforts related to documenting and maintaining quality performance
- Collaborate with Quality Lead to develop and determine resolution plan with specific, trackable corrective actions to quality issues
- Collaborate with program teams to define, measure, and interpret quality performance data
- Develop quality metrics and performance measures, track them, and provide quality reports
- Brief team and leadership on quality results
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline with 3+ years of work experience or Master’s degree with 1 year of work experience
- Interest in both strategy and execution
- Ability to work, at times, with multiple ambiguous projects
- Ability to navigate complex organizations
- Significant understanding of quality management fundamentals and ability to work within project constraints
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, e.g., MS Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook and ability to build polished client deliverables
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
