QA Engineer

Job Description:

• Quality Engineer in Failure Analysis of Defence related products 
• Perrform trouble-shooting on site & failure investigation of defective products under warranty
• Identify root cause, determine corrective/preventive actions and analyse failure trends
• Coordinate repair of defective product in on site
• Organise internal meeting with various departments to resolve failure issues
• Organise Failure Review Board (FRB) meeting with customer to present findings & recommendations
• Monitor effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure failure records are up to date in the database

Responsibilities:

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Manufacturing or Automotive Engineering
• Keen interest in automotive/hydraulic/engine systems
• Experienced in military vehicles during NS will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and presentation skills
• Possess Class 3 driving licence
