We are currently seeking Sr Analyst / Project Manager for CVS Analytics Strategy and Operations team with a background in project management, resource planning, training facilitation, and process improvement. This role will help support resource strategy and operations for CVS Analytics team. In this role you will partner with project leads, Capital Portfolio Management team, and finance to develop & implement strategies to support our growth through effective and efficient resource operations.

Position Summary:
Responsible for efficiently and effectively executing specific requirements in support of resource operations processes for the Analytics Strategy and Operations team.
In this role you will:
- Maintain project timelines and status reports, communicate key milestones and risks to stakeholders
- Create project level structure and forecasts for A&BC portfolio. Manage project staffing at sub-project level
- Partner with Analytics project leads to identify and communicate project status, risks, and financial health
- Create learning materials and facilitate training sessions for managers and individual contributors to ensure capitalization compliance
- Support internal partners to ensure all communications and tasks are completed within a reasonable timeline
- Identify recurring process issues and work with manager to find solutions and initiate improvements to mitigate future recurrence
- Work with internal team to create and design internal KPIs and Metrics reporting
While role is primarily remote, would require ability to travel into offices in NE (NYC; Hartford, CT; Woonsocket, RI; Wellesley, MA, etc.) on an occasional basis.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years Project Management experience
- 2+ years Microsoft Excel
- 2+ years Resource Planning, Project Staffing, Training Facilitation, Process Improvement and Change Management
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Takes initiative and ownership of tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with time-tracking and budget management tools (i.e. Clarity PPM tool)
- Experience working in a PMO
- Knowledge of Capital Expenditures
- Experience with connecting multiple data sets from different sources
- Interested in learning new tools and technology to implement for reporting and process management (i.e. Smartsheet)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 – $107,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
