About the Position :
Hiring for a Project Manager responsible for all aspects of construction, including bidding / budgeting / scheduling, subcontract administration including negotiation and issuance of contracts and change orders, RFI and submittal tracking, client / internal meeting documentation, billing, issue resolution, financial management, and project closeout.
In addition, this position will direct design coordination, permitting, and owner interaction.
Requirements :
Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or other applicable degrees.
3+ years of prior commercial Project Management experience.
Design / build construction experience is a plus
