Project Engineer (PMO)

Job Description

1. Plan, coordinate, facilitate, monitoring and manage the outcome and risk of a project management.
2. Build good rapport and relationship with customers and all stakeholders during project implementation.
3. Ability to manage project timeline effectively to produce all project deliverables at timely basis
4. Managing the day-to-day project activities, resources and chairing the project management team meetings.
5. Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, and communicating across leadership.
6. Managing all aspects of project engagement, including planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.
7. Responsible on the financial aspects of multiple projects such as billings, sales confirmation, invoices to customers.
8. Involve in technical deployments when required while acting as a project engineer to the project.
9. To professionally deploy, configure, and conduct test of the cyber security products such as encryption devices.
10. To proactively look for opportunities to improve customer experience through effectively and efficiently delivery.
11. Will be involved in 24×7 standby duties.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/ Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or IT Security
2. Good knowledge in the field of data networking, Internet Protocols and network security an added advantage
3. Good knowledge of IT infrastructure
4. Relevant work experience (1~3 years) in technical and project management related field
5. Certification in CISSP, CCNA, CCNP and PMP an added advantage
6. Good interpersonal and communication skill
7. Team player and able to work independently
8. Singaporean only
