We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Architect with a specialization in Healthcare to join our dynamic team. This position offers the exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from conceptual design to project completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of high-quality projects. The candidate must have a solid understanding of healthcare facilities’ needs and regulations and be proficient in using Revit and other relevant software.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects from conceptual design to construction administration.
2. Develop and prepare detailed architectural design plans and specifications using Revit.
3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, planners, and consultants.
4. Review and interpret building codes, LEED guidelines, and AIA contract documents.
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
6. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design, inspect quality of workmanship, and monitor progress.
7. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide creative and practical solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
8. Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the healthcare architecture field.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector.
3. Professional registration with the AIA (American Institute of Architects).
4. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant architectural design software.
5. In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and LEED guidelines.
6. Strong understanding of the specific needs and regulations of healthcare facilities.
7. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams.
9. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality architectural designs.
10. LEED Accreditation is a plus.
