We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse engineering projects. You will be responsible for the design and development of architectural projects while ensuring that they are in accordance with the company’s standards and client’s requirements. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

1. Leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
2. Utilizing Revit software to create detailed architectural designs and plans.
3. Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the project meets the required standards and expectations.
4. Overseeing the preparation of project specifications, quantity estimates, cost estimates, and timelines.
5. Responding to RFIs (Request for Information) in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Performing construction administration duties, including site visits, to ensure the project is being built according to the design and specifications.
7. Coordinating with the project team to ensure the project is on schedule and within budget.
8. Utilizing your strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the project.
9. Keeping up-to-date with the latest architectural trends and technologies to ensure our projects are innovative and competitive.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Architect in the engineering industry.
3. Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural software.
4. Experience with RFI and construction administration.
5. Strong knowledge of architectural principles, procedures, and standards.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. A valid license to practice architecture will be a plus.
