Job Description:
- Set up, operate and perform basic daily maintenance on the following machines as assigned at respective plant.
- Assist the Supervisors with Manpower Arrangements.
- Label, pack & palletize of Parts, Boxes, Pallet, etc.
- Handle/ shift of parts/ equipment involving the use of lifting equipment (Jib Cranes, Overhead Cranes, Lifting Tables, Pallet Jacks, Trolley, etc.).
- Meet of daily production output.
- Perform In-Process inspection as per process sheet.
- Perform daily house keeping & 5S.
- Train of Operators/ Technicians, after gaining experience.
- General Ad-Hoc task assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Precision Engineering, etc.
- Possess Forklift Licence will be an added advantage.
- Be able to work independently
- Must be a team player
- Experience in mechanical set up/ installation of machines and automation preferred
- Good working attitude and willing to learn
