What to Expect
As a Battery Remanufacturing Production Associate, you will be trained on how to help build the most exciting, environmentally friendly Energy products on the planet. If you have a strong work ethic, are reliable and flexible as to a job schedule, and value teamwork in a fast-paced and safety-focused environment we want to hear from you! No prior manufacturing experience or degree is required.
Day Shift Schedule
A Shift – 7AM-7PM, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday
B Shift – 7AM-7PM, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday
What You’ll Do
- Punctuality and a professional, can-do attitude are a must
- Perform complex assembly work. Tasks require the use of state of art manufacturing tools, precision measuring equipment, and machinery
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions for specialized equipment
- Complete standard work process and follow trained procedures
- Operate complex manufacturing equipment under supervision
- Escalate technical problems to the appropriate support groups and leaders
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Follow safety guidelines & procedures
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Evaluates the assembly processes and equipment to look for continuous improvement opportunities
- Complete other duties as assigned/support cross-functional teams
What You’ll Bring
Work Environment / Essential Physical Demands
- Able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours a day. This includes but is not limited to:
- Frequently and repetitively lift, push and carry up to 35 lbs., and carry 20 lbs. up and down stairs
- Frequently and repetitively bend, lift and reach to install vehicle parts
- Stoop, lay, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch, twist and crawl for extended periods of time
- Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding or other high structures
- Potential exposure to confined spaces and hazardous materials used in the painting process
- Able to perform assembly work and receive safety signals using sight, touch, and hearing
- You will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses and safety shoes
- Able to read, speak and understand English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills & adapt to new work environments
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Computer skills are strongly preferred (use of Word, Excel & Outlook programs)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal

Expected Compensation
$19.00 – $25.50/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
