Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify market gaps and develop new product lines to drive growth of market share in the Public Safety and Security domain.
• Set the vision and develop the product strategy and roadmap for each product line, taking into account customer needs, schedule limitation, resource constraints, product scalability, reusability for multiple region/customers and market impact.
• Translate the product strategy for each product line into requirements and prototypes.
• Work with Product Development Manager to scope and prioritize development activities based on business and customer impact.
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Drive GTM (Go-to-market) and sales strategies for the products in liaison with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Provide product support to Marketing and Sales teams.
• Build a steady and growing product pipeline. Achieve order and revenue targets for the product lines.
• Conduct product demo and presentations to customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science.
• Proven work experience in product portfolio and product sales management.
• Relevant experience in Public Safety and Security industry and/or Uniformed Services.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to senior management.
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills to engage wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.
