Position Summary
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you are critical to successfully fulfilling home infustion patients’s prescriptions. In partnership with other employees, and under the supervision of a pharmacist, this role is in daily communications with patients to meet patient delivery needs, assess current condition (in non-clinical manner), validate insurance coverage, and medication supply needs.
Required Qualifications
- Active State Pharmacy Technician License
- Minimum of one year of Customer Service related experience.
- Adherence To:
o Regular Predicable Attendance - Skill In:
o Verbal and written communication
o Computer Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability To:
o Multi-task with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
o Work independently and within the clinical team
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Customer Service Specialist within a healthcare environment or industry
- Knowledge of:
- Medical terminology
- Skill in:
- Customer Service and experience in home health and/or the healthcare industry

Education
- High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED).
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 – $28.45.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
