Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Executive in Go-Live Preparation activities such as update work instructions, conduct training and participate in site setup and full dress rehearsals. This include assisting in conducting roll-calls.
- Manage the recruitment and on boarding process of new Patient Service Associates’ hires
- Build and maintain cohesion amongst the Team and oversee operations of service counters
- Manage deployment of staff and supervise staff in meeting centre’s key performance indicators
- Monitor compliance of work policies, procedures and internal controls
- Assist with staff dispute management and supervise and assist with downtime procedures
- Reconcile daily monetary transactions and perform counter services
- Manage patient / Next of Kin’s feedback and enquiries
- Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives
- Promote use of automated or self-help services and conduct training for staff
Requirements
- Possess at least O levels with minimum 5 years of experience in hospital setting and at least 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory role
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess the ability to speak two or more languages / dialects will be an advantage
- Organised with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work Shift Work and alternate Saturdays
