Operations Support Admin
Job Summary:
This position will support the Operations Team by managing various e-mail traffic, submitting timecards, filing, update account information and general office duties. Position will also require cleaning mall office and maintenance shop, pulling trash from public trash cans, picking up debris around property and conducting inspections of property and systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
General manual and automated office work: monitoring and responding to email, input and management of work orders in work order software, physical and electronic filing of documents and other general office duties to include making copies, scanning documents, etc. |
Cleaning mall office and maintenance shop. |
Removing trash from public receptacles and putting in to dumpster. |
Picking up/cleaning debris and trash from common areas around property, to include landscaping beds, parking lots and sidewalks. |
Conduct inspections of property and systems, to include checking riser rooms, inspecting service docks and identifying items that need repaired or serviced. |
Education:
High School Diploma
Qualifications:
Business Experience | · Two years’ experience in comparable position, or combination of education and experience. |
