Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the department of around 60 headcounts to achieve its assigned goals and ensure compliance to safety, security and established policies and regulations
• Formulate strategies to grow the business and market share
• Direct and oversee operations staff to ensure that they are motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standard
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that operational functions meet assigned objectives
• Monitor and improve team performance, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure all audits requirements are met, including ISO 9001, 14000, etc.
• Ensure all contractual KPIs and requirements are met
• Responsible for meeting department’s P&L targets and order book pipeline

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in management role/function with annual revenue target of more than $10M
• Operations management experience within the MRO industry or Integrated Logistics would be an advantage
• Good organizational and leadership abilities
• Good communication and people management skills
• Singaporean only
• Location: Site (Changi)
