Operations Engineer

Job Description:

1. Provide Technical support to production.
2. Submission and liaison with OEM on technical concessions on parts defects without CMM repair scheme or outside of CMM acceptance limits.
3. Raise and issue rework worksheet to production for CMM repair scheme and concession.
4. Review CMM/Technical Publication revisions, including AD/SB/SL, create and make changes to the technical routers before incorporation.
5. Setup repair capability for production.
6. Design of tooling / fixtures with the necessary Engineer study to aid the workshop in the repair/overhaul of LDG components/parts.
7. Participate in Continuous Improvement activities and incorporate good workshop practices and initiatives.
8. Periodic Review of the machinery and equipment maintenance and incorporate Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to reduce equipment downtime.
9. Leading investigation to determine root cause of failure and recommend suitable preventive measures.
10. Perform vendor audit on first article and special process

Job requirement:

1. Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical or any other relevant Engineering disciplines.
2. 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences will be preferred. 
3. Good knowledge on the ATR, B737, and A320 Landing Gear overhaul process workflow and rework processes preferred.
4. Positive attitude, committed, and self-motivated personality.
5. Require to Hands-On when called upon.
