Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations Research Analyst to join our team! The Parsons Universal Modeling & Analysis (PUMA) Lab is looking for an operations research analyst who will work specifically on our Parsons Digital Engineering Framework (PDEF). The candidate’s activities will include:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Contributing to design discussions, including work estimates
• In-depth research of multiple subject matters (e.g. Process Improvement, Life Cycle Management, Cloud Advancements, Missile Defense, Data Analytics, etc.)
• Other tasks as needed 

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Active Secret Clearnace or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
• Minimum 1 year in a research / business operations role
• Proficient with tools such as Excel & MATLAB
• Probability modeling, statistical inference, simulations, optimization and even economic modeling skills will be needed

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Cost analysis techniques to include cost benefit analysis and linear statistical modeling through regression and analysis of variances.– Data trends– Recommendations on Data analytics– Analysis of Alternatives

Salary Range: $50,300.00 – $103,800.00
