| Responsibilities:Project deployment for customers’ Enterprise IT Network Services.Work closely with Project Manager to fulfil project deliverables.Able to perform the role of Project Lead for projects.Preferably with good knowledge and hands on experience in the following areas:Design, planning, integration, implementation and validation.System integration and implementation project lifecycle.Troubleshooting and problem identification.Support of applications and IT infrastructures.LAN/WAN/WLAN: Cisco/Alcatel router, Enterprise/DC switches, WLC.Network Security Solutions: Fortinet, Checkpoints, Cisco IPS/IDS, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ISE, Aruba Clearpass, Cisco ESA, Cisco WSA, Cisco SMA.Network Monitoring: SolarWinds, Alcatel Omni-Vista.Network Appliances based: Infoblox DNS/DHCP, F5 LTM/GTM, A10 LTM.Documentation skills include creating and updating detailed solution design, installation and maintenance documents.Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment.Establish TAC cases with principal vendor in complex problem till resolved. Requirements:ITE / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent.Preferably with Cisco certification, Alcatel certification, F5 LTM & Network Security products.Experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data and Security networking in implementation.Fast-paced environmentProven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Good communication and writing skills.Able to work flexible hours especially during after-office hour scheduled maintenance windows.Strong customer service orientation.Work location: Jurong East.Singaporeans only. |
