You should have interest in infectious diseases and relevant experience of working in a laboratory setting. You will need to be competent in conducting and performing essential laboratory testing related to surveillance projects/investigations, to be actively involved in bioinformatics and be familiar with laboratory quality system. You will need to be able to solve problem independently. You will supervise medical technologist and students, and will be responsible for the proper use of laboratory equipment, computer/software, culture media, reagents, diagnosis kits for identification and genotyping of infectious pathogens.

- Strong command of English Language
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Work effectively in teams
- Highly proficient in Microsoft word
