Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is ensuring Windows workstations are on a fully supported Operating System by utilizing MECM/SCCM. You will coordinate with colleagues in Risk Management and Vulnerability Management to identify devices on end-of-life operating systems and work to update the devices remotely. Additionally, you will attend and participate in project meetings, providing regular updates on the status of upgrades, deployments. You will collaborate with the project team to review and further develop established core processes and procedures to manage Windows OS product and feature releases into the CVS computing environment.
Furthermore, this role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a suite of Adobe applications. As the product owner for Adobe Creative Cloud Suite which includes 13 Adobe products including but not limited to Acrobat, Captivate, and Reader, you will meet regularly with our Adobe contacts to discuss and address issues with the applications, bug fixes, upgrade paths, and new releases.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience working with MECM/SCCM
- 3+ years experience working with and troubleshooting Windows devices in a large networked environment
- Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries
- Ability to write and execute basic PowerShell scripts
- Knowledge of Microsoft’s Windows patching and update processes
- Knowledge of the Windows registry
- Knowledge of Group Policy
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience working in Adobe’s admin console, managing licensed user accounts.
Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $94,500.00 – $196,000.00.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
