Position Summary

The Materials Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory at the facility.  Specific tasks would include but are NOT limited to purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to communicate clearly and effectively and utilize computer applications to communicate information, be detail oriented, and have excellent organizational skills. The ability to apply mathematical concepts to inventory functions, basic typing and data entry skills to record data accurately, and follow standard operating procedures are needed to complete everyday tasks.

This position could be physically demanding. Pharmacy technician license NOT required.

• One year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment.
• Six months computer experience in a Windows based system.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds (team lifting OK).
• Must be able to stand, walk and lift for several hours at a time.-Prefer three months of work experience in a pick/pack/ship environment.
• SAP experience.
• Pharmacy experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

Education

• Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 – $27.00.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
