Marketing Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to join the customer and marketing department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platform and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
• Create and manage campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, digital advertising, and events
• Manage website updates and follow up with enquiries
• Create marketing collaterals, such as brochures, videos, and presentations
• Manage and support customer visits
• Plan, manage and support marketing events
• Maintain and update CRM database, and administer annual surveys
• Support the Head of Marketing in other projects & tasks

JOb Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing or related field
• At least 5 years marketing experience or relevant experience
• Proficent in Mircosoft Office and Canva
• Knowledge of Pardot email marketing platform a bonus
• Possess positive mindset, has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
