Client is looking for Functional Expert to the Lead the Warehouse Management, Labor Management and Slotting Workstreams for the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Implementation for client’s parts distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross functional discussions with business users, software provider and system integrator to analyze requirements, brainstorm solutions and recommend industry best practices
- Configure and test the MAWM ,Labor Management and SLotting application to enable the workstream processes.
Qualifications
- Warehouse operations domain experience is a must.
- Should be open to travel at least 20% during project phase.
- Experience implementing Labor Management and Slotting modules is a must.
- MAWM experience is highly desirable but not mandatory. Candidate should be able to learn new WMS Solutions based on having sufficient domain and functional experience.
- Needs to have multiple full lifecycle WMS Implementation experience
- Should have the good understanding of the complete WMS Process Flows.
- Good experience in WMS Cloud implementations.
- Understanding & Developing Complex WMS Rules.
- Understanding & Developing Workflows.
- Should have excellent technical skills and should be able to independently handle the technical assignments and lead a team.
- Understand & capable of designing WMS and/or Legacy system(s) Integrations.
- Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written.
This Lead Business Analyst is needed to fill the critical need for a Business Analyst with Warehouse Management System , Slotting and Labor Management System Experience in the Parts IT Team . WMS Replacement is a prioritized project for 2024.
Following are the critical responsibilities for this position :-
- Lead the Labor Management and Slotting work stream of DWT Project and roll out the global solution across the network.
- Plan and implement innovative solutions in areas including warehouse management and operations, distribution network design, tagging and tracking and transportation management as well as enhancing customer service through better order management and overall fulfillment.
- Develop and implement integrated supply and warehouse management solutions that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness and create synergies and collaboration across companies.
- Identify, assess and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Interact with key business and IT stakeholders on to-be state solution design matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
- Conduct the Business Requirements gathering and To-Be state design workshops.
