Position Summary
As a Manager of Training for Client Services, you will have the opportunity to facilitate a wide variety of projects and exciting training initiatives ranging from essentials skills development to systems-based technical training. As a member of the Client Services Training & Development team, you will proactively collaborate with business partners, subject matter authorities, and other training professionals to facilitate engaging curriculum as virtual instructor-led training and in-person training. You should be a creative innovator and dynamic problem solver who can apply facilitation standard methodologies and forward-thinking technological solutions to deliver complex topics into meaningful and understandable learning experiences.
To be a candidate for this role you will possess the following:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate curriculums designed for adult learning.
- Ability to identify learning goals/objectives and provide solutions for learning needs.
- Ability to coach and mentor others.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Psychology or Human Resources.
- 5 or more years of experience in both web-based eLearning and instructor-led facilitation.
- Proven experience utilizing training methodologies (ADDIE or SAM).
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as a part of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with web-conferencing (Webex/Adobe Connect) and e-learning software.
- Experience utilizing various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS).
Education
- High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development Required.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 – $139,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
