West Technology Group is hiring a Manager of Talent Acquisition. This position can be worked remotely in the United States.
Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for maintaining talent pipelines, effectively communicating the company brand, collaborating with vendors to connect candidates with company opportunities and successfully leverage recruiting tools with a strong emphasis on social media. This person will build connections with Company management teams and business partners to assess hiring needs and build analytics as needed to adjust and support hiring practices and retain ongoing qualified talent. This role will be responsible for overseeing recruitment staff in multiple offices and remote.
Essential Duties:
- Lead an assigned team in integrating innovative and best practices to adequately develop and communicate the company brand and incorporate social recruiting strategies that may include expanding vendor/tool options and utilizing new methods to connect with potential candidates
- Assist in the design, execution, and maintenance of a best-in-class onboarding program that includes every facet of both the candidate and hiring manager’s experience in conjunction with HR leadership
- Serve as player-coach, carrying requisition load as appropriate
- Build connections with company management teams and business partners to assess hiring needs and build analytics
- Spearhead recruitment advertising campaigns, including social media initiatives, career fairs, job board postings
- Ensure data integrity in the ATS by holding team members and peers accountable
- Maintain data and analytics to measure the return on investment (ROI) of talent acquisition programs, including metrics on source of hire, time to hire/time to fill, measurement of candidate experience, new hire retention, quality of hiring and ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent
- Generate and deliver reports and presentations related to Talent Acquisition
- Properly interpret and communicate strategies, policies and procedures
- Assist in vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure the acquisition and implementation of appropriate programs and products fully support the talent management strategy and initiatives
- Develop departmental team members to be successful in recruiting across a wide spectrum of roles to include professional staff recruiting and volume recruiting
- Perform additional and related duties as assigned
- General mental and physical requirements of an indoor office environment are expected
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required with focus on human resources, organizational development, business administration, or related field is required. Equivalent work experience in similar position may be substituted
- Minimum 4 years of human resources, talent acquisition experience is required to include the development of innovative recruitment strategies using a wide variety of tools
- Minimum of 2 years of lead or supervisory experience required
- Experience in candidate sourcing and social media strategy is preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with equal opportunity hiring processes and diversity, equity and inclusion best-practices is also necessary
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The hiring pay range for this position is anticipated between $85,000 – $95,000 annually.
