Maintenance Technician (Machineries)

Job Description:

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for all production machineries in the factory
• Troubleshoot machinery failure and recommend repair solutions
• Be responsible for all production machinery and facility plant eg Air Receivers, Compressors, Refrigeration units, production machines etc including shutdowns and start ups
• Guide a team of in-house and outsource technicians to carry out production machinery maintenance and repairs and other support works
• Liase between factory managers, contractors.and other stakeholders on matters for maintenance, procurement of services and spare parts etc 
• Participate in the WSH committee (workplace safety and health)
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirement:

• Nitec in any discipline
• Competent Electrical Technician and Licence Electrical Worker (Preferred)
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
