LPN / RN – Home Care

Job Description:

• Assess clients in their homes & maintain accurate records
• Oversee clinical staff patient care
• Administer patient care within scope of practice
• Unrestricted FL license
• Current CPR required
• Must have excellent nursing assessment skills
• Critical thinking, team building skills, and must be committed to the highest quality of patient care.
• Supervisory experience preferred
