Locum Pharmacist (Outpatient / NCID)

You will be responsible for :

• Providing safe, efficient and timely distribution (dispensing) of drugs, review and deliver drug therapy to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy outcome for the patient in Outpatient Pharmacy / NCID
• Providing pharmacy and clinical services to ensure medication use process is optimized for positive outcomes
• Assisting in the operations of a pharmacy section to meet standards and targets set by department

Requirements

• Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Bachelor Degree / Masters in Pharmacy
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible hours can be considered to fit your schedule (Office hours OR Evening Hours from 6.30pm-7pm onwards)
