You will be responsible for :
- Providing safe, efficient and timely distribution (dispensing) of drugs, review and deliver drug therapy to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy outcome for the patient in Outpatient Pharmacy / NCID
- Providing pharmacy and clinical services to ensure medication use process is optimized for positive outcomes
- Assisting in the operations of a pharmacy section to meet standards and targets set by department
Requirements
- Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Bachelor Degree / Masters in Pharmacy
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible hours can be considered to fit your schedule (Office hours OR Evening Hours from 6.30pm-7pm onwards)
