What you’ll do:
- Responsible for thought leadership to assess and develop Agile maturity throughout ESI Product Development.
- Partner with business leaders, product, and development to execute the adoption of an Outcome-based Team Methodology throughout ESI. Lead program management team in deployment / scaling across ESI.
- Responsible for the ESI Product Development communication strategy and execution, as well as ad hoc transformation initiatives. This involves the creation and execution (from concept to delivery) of highly engaging multimedia communications for associates globally.
- Examples include: Qtlry All Hands Meetings, Expanded Leadership Team ‘Strategy in Action’ meetings, Vodcasts, and contributions to Enterprise and Business Unit communication forums.
- Oversight of enterprise-wide product tooling (Jira and Tempo). Ensuring ESI Needs are met by encouraging active participation and alignment in corporate wide initiatives. Deploy operational standards and align consistency in usage across ESI. Administer governance for oversight. Consistency in Fiscal Year Product set- up on Jira and Tempo is critical to ADP for accurate financial and operational reporting.
- Partner with other functions (i.e. GETS, GSO, Privacy, R&R, Corporate COEs) on managing/ prioritizing adoption of enterprise- wide initiatives, processes and policy. Lead team in end- to- end project management to ensure enterprise-wide standards are met (i.e Product Catalog, SNOW, PSSC, NPS,DEI, Trade Sanctions, Business Security Incidents).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Having expertise and proven experience with oversight of project management cost savings, digital initiatives, in coordination with GETS (Global Enterprise Technology & Solutions) and the Digital Transformation Office (i.e. EOL, Digitalization, Contact Reduction).
- Takes proactive measures to ensure regular updates (i.e. BUCAs and key initiatives, key metrics) are made available to Sr Leaders and key stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading various internal and external Audits (RIM, ISO).
- Coordinate and facilitate QPRs for BOBs with leaders and critical stakeholders.
- Facilitate Annual Planning Process for BOBs. To ensure and maintain a tight linkage with R&D and Product Management organization.
- Drive alignment within ESI SLT by coordinating development of monthly and quarterly SLT Meeting agendas.
- Lead matrix team of project managers, assigned in region.
