Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To develop a scalable and sustainable approach to empower organizations to shape their culture and perceived norms so as to enhance and sustain their adoption of healthy behaviours.
- To translate organizational psychology and applied sociology principles into simple and effective implementation.
- To develop, implement and evaluate social change strategies targeting various settings (e.g. schools, workplaces and community).
- To scope and organize ground-sensing to identify levers and opportunities in various settings to influence perceived norms and shape organizational culture.
- To establish evaluation matrix to measure and track progress on the above following the implementation of intervention programmes.
- To initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Profile of Candidate
- Prerrably post graduate education in relevant discipline, e.g. applied sociology, organizational psychology or equivalent.
- Practical experience in leading organizational-level change management, sustaining culture transformation, developing and executing interventions in multiple organizations.
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary professional teams and managing external stakeholders will be advantageous.
- Competency on qualitative and/or quantitative data analytic software will be advantageous.
