In this role you will collaborate with a team of passionate and creative product managers and engineers to align internal sales technology to business goals and support broad Quote to Cash transformation initiatives. We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker who desires to try new things and has a passion for impact. As a key member of the Worldwide Sales & Marketing Global Product and Technology team, you will utilize analytical skills to solve problems, make recommendations, and build strong relationships with sales and key stakeholders. You must be a deep listener who can ask the right clarifying questions to help understand the problem your stakeholders are trying to solve.
Your prior experience as a business systems analyst who has partnered in developing enterprise-level cloud-based solutions in an Agile environment will set you up for success. To thrive in this role, you will need to have a technology background and skills in SaaS products, with 8 or more years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with sales technology such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Configurate Price Quote (CPQ), Salesforce or CRM (Client Relationship Management) and eSignature.
- Comfortable with data and analytics, having both quantitative and qualitative skills.
- Understand product engineering best practices.
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:
- Analyze and Solve Complex Problems:use analytical thinking, analyze sales feedback, error logs and system knowledge to interpret business issues, recommend best practices, and identify innovative solutions to address issues and simplify processes. You will identify new features needed to align sales technology to business goals by analyzing data and KPIs from multiple feedback sources.
- Relationship. You’ll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately. You’ll serve as a strong Customer Advocate, regularly working alongside engineering, design, and business teams to merge sales and other internal client insights with design best practices.
- Scrums: You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers and agile teams to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities. You will partner with product managers to create user stories in Jira and contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and prioritization, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
- Systems Configuration: You will build strong expertise in our sales tech stack to enable you to perform system administration on our CLM, CPQ and eSignature technologies as part of a broader technology team.
- Grace Under Pressure:You thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment and are comfortable managing competing priorities and rallying an organization to change direction, as necessary.
