Item Management Admin – OES Equipment   

The Item Management Admin is a data-focused role and crucial to the success of the Procurement team. The Item Management Admin is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all details within the item creation process, maintaining the accuracy of all items, and communicating with the internal OES teams.

 Responsibilities:  

• Responsible to create item numbers for all new items
• Responsible to maintain, clean, adjust and ensure accuracy of existing item numbers in system of record
• Manage item level price adjustments on a yearly basis with a collaborative multi-department team
• Management of Item Request Form
• Responsible to communicate item specific changes to internal teams
• Involved in research and development of an ongoing product lifecycle management project
• Expected to be involved and participate in team meetings, virtually or in-person
• Additional ad-hoc responsibilities as necessary

  Basic Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel  
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft platforms

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction Industry
• Experience with Construction related products
• Experience using Smartsheet
• Experience using Coupa
• Experience using Rental Man
