Job Details
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Interior Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. As an Interior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing high-end interior construction projects in the real estate sector. This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work on prestigious projects and make a lasting impact in the industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Lead and manage all aspects of interior construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Team Leadership: Manage a team of architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination to achieve project goals.
4. Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and effectively communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and other potential issues.
7. Sustainability: Ensure compliance with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) requirements and promote sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related records.
10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and actively seek opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior construction industry, preferably with a focus on high-end real estate projects.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
3. Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
4. Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex project issues, making sound decisions under pressure.
7. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
8. LEED Certification: Familiarity with LEED requirements and experience in implementing sustainable practices in construction projects is highly desirable.
9. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools and technologies.
10. Professionalism: Strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to professionalism in all interactions.
