Responsibilities

Field Engineering Position providing Tier 1 Optimization for DAS & SmallCell Commissioning. Exemplify Post Construction-Engineering Services Suite to customers across US Markets.

Roles and Responsibilities –

• Provide onsite technical throughput for Commissioning of DAS/Small Cell Products in all major US Markets. Complete objectives through commissioning steps outlined by customer standards. Serve as field-based counterpart to Engineering departments – Commissioning, Integration, & Optimization.

• Maintain Proficiency in all major RF Testing Tools

• Ability to perform Quality Audits on outside Vendors performing Commissioning Process.
• Ability to read sweep test results.
• Solid Understanding of Passive Intermodulation and remediation.
• Proficient in RF validation testing and tools.
• Ability to perform functional call tests and verify reports.
• Ability to read and interpret DAS RFDS, CIQ & plumbing diagrams.
• Knowledge and understanding of in-building RF propagation.
• Ability to coordinate with teams and/or oversee system optimization of DAS, Small Cell, indoor and outdoor systems.
• Work closely with design & optimization teams to troubleshoot issues that arise throughout deployment process.
• Familiar with Data Collection Tools utilized within the industry (TEMS, NEMO Walker Air, Datapro)

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Six or more years of work experience
• Four or more years of relevant work experience
• Willingness to travel (Field based position with 50-75% Travel required.)
• Valid Driver’s License
