As an In-Home Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough physical therapy evaluations and developing personalized care plans for our patients.  Quality is our passion!

Job Types: Full-time, PRN

Pay: $65.00 – $85.00 per visit

Medical Specialties:  Home Health

Schedule:  Day shift

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hobbs, NM 88240

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in patients’ homes
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
3. Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions and exercises
4. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
5. Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and mobility improvement
6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

1. Valid physical therapy license in the state of New Mexico
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage a caseload
