Job Descriptions :
1) Oversee all on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
2) Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
3) Responsible for meeting KPIs
4) Address to customer issues promptly
5) Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
Job Requirements (please indicate desired academic qualifications, experience and any other additional requirements) :
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Human Resource related field.
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Human Resource
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen on digitalization with good client management skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services
- Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage
- Prioe experience with government agencies is an added advantage
- Experience in leading and building up a team
