PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a HCM/HRIS Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration and maintenance of HR information systems. You will play a leadership role in the creation and management of processes and HR data exchanges, in addition to the management of new system implementations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Project manage implementations, system upgrades and changes or modifications to enterprise class HCM/HRMS solutions
- Manage all stages of a project lifecycle, including: scope, schedule, risks, issues and budget, using established methodology such as SDLC, Agile or Waterfall
- Manage and/or participate in the translation of business needs into functional and technical requirements to implement solutions, coordinate and lead activities related to project work plans
- Facilitate discussions between HR and Payroll subject matter experts as it relates to system-wide functionality to review business needs, requirements, alternative solutions and process improvements
- Lead and/or perform analysis in advance of all upgrades and work with each subject matter expert to determine the impact on existing processes
- Review HCM/HRMS schedules related to downtime and tenant refreshes, and provide notice to core HR and Payroll users
- Monitor all HR issues and HCM/HRMS cases to ensure timely response
- Manage change management and readiness for HR department on system changes
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise class HCM/HRMS solutions – e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, or Oracle
- Demonstrated project management experience of multiple full life-cycle HCM/HRMS implementations
- Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and processes
- Must have excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and interface with all organizational levels
- PMP preferred but not required
