Position Summary
As an HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to partner with Leaders within the CVS Health Mail group. You will provide broad scale Human Resource support on key HR and business initiatives and programs assessing key trends and aligning on appropriate outreach and interventions. Additionally, you will provide guidance and coaching solutions to leaders on key talent and organizational processes, including, but not limited to, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, change management, organization design, manager/team assimilation, compensation, organization and talent review and large-scale enterprise initiatives. This can involve effectively analyzing and leveraging HR data to identify and manage trends; develop and implement systemic solutions; and proactively consult with business partners. You will partner with leaders to achieve people priority goals and you will also evaluate the results of HR initiatives that impact client operations and results, and recommend changes in line with business needs, as appropriate. The HR Business Partner will also be responsible for identifying implications of organizational change and be familiar with local policy/practice initiatives and other work environment factors to minimize negative impact on employee productivity and engagement.
Successful candidates will be able to efficiently manage multiple and changing priorities to effectively consult with clients on a comprehensive set of inquiries, activities, and trends across multiple HR disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of human resource generalist experience
- 3+ years in talent retention and talent acquisition
- 1+ years of experience using Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of employee relations experience
- HR Certification such as PHR or SHRM
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 – $139,200.00.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
