Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To lead multi-disciplinary professional team to develop effective, scalable and sustainable approaches that enhance adoption of healthy behaviours in various assigned settings (e.g. school, workplace, community).
- To build and sustain trusted partnerships with internal/external stakeholders to mobilize 3rd party expertise and resources to complement the team’s efforts and adoption of programs.
- To organize ground-sensing stakeholders’ current state, formulate strategy and translate into actionable roadmaps and project plans.
- Build and validate value propositions / business model to support adoption of program by targeted stakeholders.
- To establish multiple sources of external funding to support longer term development work.
- To lead, plan and execute any other assigned projects / tasks as and when required.
Profile of Candidate
- Post graduate degree education preferably in Project Management &/or MBA.
- Valid PMP and Agile certifications with min. 15 years of practical project implementation experience involving complex large scale multi-disciplinary projects.
- Working experience on preventive health will be advantageous but not essential.
- One who favours constant challenges instead of routine functional work.
